Chat System and Revamped Login Screen

I made a better login screen based on Pesterchum! All inputs are validated, including the chum handle so it's spelled "likeThis". The color field only takes a hexadecimal value for now (also validated!) since Godot's built in color picker node has a weird issue (if it's not fixed soon, I'll probably code a custom color picker, since Godot's is also too complex for what I need) I also plan on adding a popup window for selecting the avatar, since I plan on having different versions of each character.

I still have to figure out a way to join a game that has already started, since my current setup doesn't allow it.
